The challenge

What needed to change

Suncor needed operational visibility and a cleaner cloud delivery path. Monitoring had to connect detection tools with ticket and notification systems so incidents did not die in dashboards. At the same time, application delivery needed separated environments and an automated path onto AWS rather than manual, environment-by-environment pushes.

Kavora helped wire automated monitoring across Datadog, ServiceNow, and Twilio so alerts could move into actionable workflows. In parallel, we helped structure AWS infrastructure across development, QA, and production, with GitHub Actions deploying to AWS Fargate and integrating API Gateway, S3, CloudWatch, and related services into a more operable delivery model.
